3RD PARTY SERVICES!!
I AM NO ROOKIE! I have well over 20,000 transactions sold on eBay.
I do buy from time to time but I can see why customers are leaving.
I purchased 2 items yesterday I paid instantly , jumping the hoops the seller service had to pay.
You could not just click and pay! I manage to pay though . Have heard nothing from the seller. Not even a generic "thank you","I shipped","I will ship". My customers that paid before midnight, received a personal email thanking them and was told their purchase/ purchases were sent this morning.
Anyway , this afternoon , I went in and manually marked the auction as paid. The system they used does not do that! I sent the seller a copy of my payment , I received from Paypal.
BTW - I am sure other customers just love this service-

That's not a real auction management site. It's a parking page.

A parking page is one that has lists of links on it, and often they will look quite genuine, like actual content. But all it is is a front-end for AdSense or Yahoo Search. They're all ads. That's what this is.

I don't want to scare you but I am very much afraid that you've been rooked. It's possible the seller never got your information. Can you give us the auction number so we can see? Can you tell us how you were directed to this supposed third-party auction management site?

I advise contacting the seller immediately using eBay's messaging system.

naw, it is part of the ezlister - power tools for powersellers

when the auctions ended it came up as the way the seller was to be paid.
Paypal confirmed it to me , that it was ok.

Fluffy ... this takes the case . This is for the lazy seller, who does not care if the buyer likes it or not. Just send the money! I went back step by step and found a wealth of information .

It is a maze to find

Yes, it's unfortunate that these third party systems put another layer between buyer and seller.

If you don't ship quickly at this time of year (or any time, really) you're just asking for trouble. Even I figured that out eventually.
