Well...
Twas a LONG & TERRIBLE year for me chum and me, but...WE ARE BACK! (on feeBay)
After a series of mis-adventures with my cousin & the fine art of properly addressing mail, she WIRED the moola into my account the other day...
I called feeBay, fearful that they would GOOSE Ralphie & me if we paid our HUMONGOUS bill by taking our moola & then having Meg sticking out her tongue at us, saying: "Buzz off, twerps!"
BUT, even though we were NARU'ed since the summer, and even though our bill was nauseatingly HIGH, I was INSTANTLY re-instated right after I paid the bill...
So, we be all set to re-join the rest of the CIVILIZED WORLD and start SELLING again! Ralphie & I would be doing a HAPPY DANCE except he's overnight at the VET's again with his tummy problems...The Dr examined him today & (AGAIN!) declared him fit as a fiddlehead, but wanted to do some blood work in order to rule out any endocrine problems, such as pancreas trouble...So, hopefully, I'll know for sure tomorrow it we can conquer his achey-breaky tummy...

A lot of folks don't believe in online friendships...
Hey! A lot of folks don't believe in SANTA CLAWS!
I say they are BOTH wrong as wrong can be!
If it wern't for the EXTREME KINDNESS & GENEROSITY of our many EO friends over the past year, Ralphie & I would have ended up in a spacious refrigerator box under a highway overpass -- or, worse yet: SEPARATED!
So...
A BIG THANK YOU & BT SMOOCH to: Jane
A BIG THANK YOU & BT SMOOCH to: Neva
A BIG THANK YOU & BT SMOOCH to: ToniMar1
A BIG THANK YOU & BT SMOOCH to: Ewora
A BIG THANK YOU & BT SMOOCH to: The WONDERFUL "Lady Lurker"
A BIG THANK YOU & BT SMOOCH to: Cheryl
A BIG THANK YOU & BT SMOOCH to: Neglus
A BIG THANK YOU & BT SMOOCH to: Lucy
(if I've forgotten anybody, forgive my MUSH-MIND!)
To paraphrase Tiny Tim Cratchit:
"God bless you all, every one!"
To ALL on the EO, from me and Ralphie:
HAVE A SAFE & HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!

How terrific it is to hear that you and Ralphie are doing better. Bad times are tough to weather and the thought of being separated from my feline and canine babies would be more than I could stand.
A tip for the stomach problems: My yorkie has terrible tummy issues. She was terribly mistreated and neglected until I found her and she was never fed properly, hence the tummy issues. I have found that if I cook chicken - rice and vegetables and feed this to her as a regular diet rather than commercial dog food she does extremely well. The chicken - rice and frozen vegetables are relatively inexpensive and Ralphie being small he couldn't eat too much. I also add low sodium chicken broth to the diet and she just gobbles it right up.
Good luck to you and welcome back to Feebay.

CapoLady:
THANKS for the tip -- I do know that a lot of problems have been uncovered in cheapo commercial dog foods, but, I've been feeding him just about the BEST since he was a baby, and his tummy troubles run in cycles of about every 4 months for the past 2 years...
I'm just worried that he has a genetic disposition towards GI problems, as I believe now that the MO kennel I purchased him from is probably a puppy mill
Through the HUMANE SOCIETY of the US web-site, I've been doing a little research on puppy mills (HORRIBLE!) and have found a record of USDA complaints at his birth kennel...
Course, if that's his ONLY problem (other than being a goofy doofus chunky-butt) then we're VERY LUCKY, as some folks have lost their puppies to deadly defects right after purchasing...Oi!
Keeping my fingers crossed that it's just allergies or sumptin...

Maybe he's been picking up on his dad's anxiety? I know he is a finely tuned, empathetic little fellow. He's probably been very worried about you.
Whatever it is, I hope he feels better soon.

good to hear tom. best wishes.
brown rice instead of white rice please! it's much better for them.
I'll go along with capolady on this. My vet wants me to feed my yorkies only Hills prescription diet ID dogfood. Very bland but since they'd been eating dry dog food they were in heaven! Only it costs over $1.00 a can!
When the dog food scare & their health problems started I then switched to adding to the expensive canned dog food the brown rice, chicken & a chopped up carrot every week - and wallah - no more health problems! Really!
The only time they have health issues now is when they eat something not on their diet. I use one frozen chicken breast microwaved, 1 double helping of brown rice and 1 chopped up carrot. I cook the brown rice and add the cooked chicken and raw carrot when the rice sits for 20 minutes steaming after it's done.
one yorkie has pancreatitis and the other has kidney stones. what I couldn't figure out was about once a week the kidney stone yorkie would spend a day throwing up and eating grass - but since the new diet it almost never happens anymore.

Tom - I have fed my yorkie Science Diet and a top of the line natural food as well - still tummy issues. If all else fails give the chicken-rice and veggies a try. Can't hurt. Also my vet has me give my dogs 1/2 of a Tums everyday for tummy issues. I give the fruit flavored and they love it. He says the antacid plus the added calcium is great for them.
Good Luck - Ralphie will be fine.

The BOY is home and happily snoring away on the kitchen floor...
No results on blood work today because the woman who goes around to offices collecting samples for the lab has (are ya ready for this one?)...DISAPPEARED!
So, the Dr drained some more of Ralphie's HEMO the MAGNIFICANT, and will call tomorrow...Weird, huh??
But, tis a COMFORT to hear him once again vibrating the walls...
