Is there a way to generate an invoice for an item that was sold from another site other then eBay or Vendio Store?

Are you asking about creating one using paypal? If so, YES, it is under REQUEST money, create invoice...fill description price and such.

I got mad when vendio added all their junk to their invoices.
So, I just download one of theirs, deleted the Powered by Vendio (give me a break), changed the marketplace from "vendio store" to my store name and then added a little logo from ecrater or whichever venue under my name.
Gave it few other tweaks but I use it and I'd be glad to email it to you as a word attachment if you want.

How about using Google Checkout? It is much safer and easier than PayPal and won't cost you or your customer an arm and a leg.
