Here is a good one for you...I "know" what I am gonna do..just want to hear other opinions first.
Lady buys a purse...
Wants to pay by check....which takes awhile to arrive..
Says to mail item to address included with payment...(none there except for what is on check...
I mailed to that address..(postal mailing facility - po box)...
Lady then files dispute...WHERE is item...I explained it to her, gave her tracking number and confirmation of delivery...
She still proceeds with dispute:
"The item WAS NOT SENT TO THE ADDRESS THAT YOU WERE GIVEN, and I will continue with this claim until
I recieve my item. As stated in previous emails you WERE GIVEN a correct address to send it to, maybe
you had problems reading it? I DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM, I will check the tracking number. The fact right
now is you have my money and I have nothing........... "

"OK HERE IT IS< MY GOOF THE TRACKING NUMBER DOES SHOW THAT IT WAS DELIVERED!!!! IT DOES NOT SHOW THAT
IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS, SO AGAIN I ASK WHERE DID YOU SEND IT? ALL I WANT IS MY ITEM, THATS

THE ADDRESS WITH THE PAYMENT!!!! WHAT PART OF THIS DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND??? THE ADDRESS THAT YOU
SHIPPED TO HAS NEVER BEEN ON OM EBAY ACCOUNT, YOU TOOK IT OFF THE CHECK!!! NO WHERE ON THE USPS SITE
DOES IT STATE THAT YOU SHIPPED IT TO A PARTICULAR ADDRESS, SO NICE TRY! STOP ACTING STUPID BY SAYING
THAT I TOLD YOU AFTERWARDS BECAUSE THAT IS A LIE, PRODUCE MY ITEM OR A REFUND, LAST CHANCE...........

Final Comments: Att ebay safety and security team, I am closing this and reporting this person to you, due to the
fact that he "Bob" is a thief, he stole our funds and hjas NEVER delivered the product, he has "ALTERED"
a report from the USPS and I have confirmed this through the Postmaster at my post office, Feel free
to check, the tracking number does NOT SHOW where the package was delivered, he alegedly sent it to
an address on the check, HE DID NOT SEND IT TO MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, another thief on ebay!
******and the GRAND PRIZE AWARD goes out to her with this messsage I just recieved from her!!!****

I've had a few in the past who send NO addresses (other than the CHECK or cracker-scratching on a MO), and I email them for the CORRECT address, refusing to ship unless they RESPOND in ENGLISH, and NOT NASCAR or WWE...
Also, I've had 2-3 folks who swear they never received the package -- I've called their LOCAL PO, and it's truly amazing how many delivery persons remember specific deliveries...
This "person" is obviously NOT packing a full sea-bag, and the transaction experience for you has been NEGATIVE, so, as Ralphie Le Robespierre likes to shout:
"Off with her head!"

I would just leave her a positive feedback with a brief description-like thanks for your purchase and move on.

Since she has already posted + feedback I would take that and run away from this nut. I would however send one last email stating Thanks for the + feedback I do try hard to please my clients as for leaving feedback for you + or other wise.... BITE ME
