How did everyone do? My sales were lousy - especially auctions. My fixed price tems sold somewhat better. All in all, I spent the same amount of money listing as I normally do, listed 4x the number of items, had a sell-through rate of 25% of normal. My income hasn't been affected much. Just what I expected, not what I hoped.

I was just about to ask the same thing! The worst December FLD I've had in 11 years. Most unimpressive.

75 listed, 45 sold, for a sellthrough of 60%.
Almost all auction-style listings sold. About 30% of fixed price listings sold.
Nearly all of today's winners have purchased from me before.

I wish I had had the time to list more but I listed 21 and sold 17 so I was quite pleased.
I listed 15 as 5 day auctions and the remainder as 7 days. Another change I made this time was to have them end in the afternoons instead of the evenings.
Now I could do with another 10 cent day in about 3 weeks when I will have the time to do more!

32 listed, would have done more, but got that vicious stomach virus, luckily I had scheduled most of them. 22 sold and most were high priced items that I listed since it would "save" the most money.

I thought it was a good strategy to list items which would appeal to the international community. I found, after the fact, from Briggitaw that they were not included in the default search. I'll remember this for next reduced pricing day.

102 listed 85 sold. I always do great for the Christmas reduced listing day. I only list items over $50.00 and I think that is why I always do good. So many sellers list all their junk on these reduced days that the good stuff stands out. I can list my junk anytime.

I was very happy with my sales, I listed about 46 items and sold 32, much better than my Nov and Dec sales.

Less than 20% of my listings sold... and I was selling clearance lots at my COST! Very disappointing...

I was thrilled to have a 12% sell through - usually get much less than that on listing sale days. All of my listings were relists of relists. Still, I sold lots of postcards that were going into my store and now I don't have to pay the Store 10% FVF so I am happy.
Pixia - my FP items were total failures - almost all my sales were in auction format. Very strange that we have such different experiences!
I cleaned up a bunch of OLD store listings (new template, resized images etc) and relisted them in FP format - didn't sell a single one of them!
I am mad at myself that I was too lazy to take the gallery off a lot of the listings as the day progressed (was very diligent at first but it is such a hassle in Vendio)so my fees were a little higher than I had planned. I don't know whether the gallery helped sell or not - I hope that the anticipated fee announcement later this month will have FREE gallery and reduced listing fees (I can dream can't I?)

Listed two sold one....Guess you could say that's a whopping 50%
Reason I didn't list, like neglus, I was too lazy to take the gallery off.

OK but not great. I did much better with the 20 cent fixed price sale. Still I sold a couple of high price items that have been hanging in the store for awhile.
So I would take another 10 cent/20 cent day!!!
