I have listed quite a few items in my store in the last few days, and now I find that they all say shipping to the US only, when it should be worldwide. I have tried and tried and can find no way to change it. Can someone help me please?

I'm afraid you'll have to revise them one by one. View the listing, click on revise. On the Revise your listing page, scroll down to Give Buyers Shipping Details - on the same line in tiny blue print is Add or Remove Options - Click on that and you should be able to add international shipping.

Thanks pixiamom, I guess I will have to do it that way. Our computer is having problems and running really sloooooooow, so it's going to take me a while.

I am having the same problem, instead of shipping Worldwide it is only to the US.
However this problem is not limited to just ebays Store but their auctions as well. I have notified Vendio some time ago.
In all the auction cases i had to go to that listing on eBay and manually 'Revise that item' so that Ships to 'Worldwide' would be active rather than 'United States', otherwise, you loose half your bidders and sell for a pittance. Hope they will find a solution soon.

edmac4me: Do you have shipping cost specified in you auctions? I got up this morning, and all my recent auctions had defaulted back to US only that I took forever to revise yesterday. I contacted live help, and was told that you can no long specify "worldwide", it you don't give the shipping for at least one country. I found the only way to do it was to go into each auction on the eBay site, and revise, and then click on the "no International shipping", then a drop down menu comes up. If you click on worldwide, it doesn't work. You have to specify each country under "ships to United States and the following...". The countries then come up on the listing. I just hope that all my Candadian buyers realize that they are included in N America!

Yes Amber, that is how i was fixing the problem via eBay. The question is how to get Ships to 'Worldwide' to be reflected on eBay by using the Vendio listing portal?

AMBER: I HAVE SOLVED IT. When listing via Vendio do this. In that part of CREATE LISTING that reads 'Ship-To Locations' you tick the 2 boxes for USA and just below it for Worldwide, then just underneath it is the next section, 'eBay Shipping and Payment Details' here tick the box and the complete,'Domestic Shipping' and then under that complete, 'Shipping & Handling' at least the 'Shipping Carriers' section and watch out for the 'Per additional item' to be carefully completed.
Do this fixed it for me, see item 290198083496 on eBay for how it turned out. Good Luck. edmac4me

Yes, I tried that, but it doesn't work for me, I live in Canada, so I can't put a shipping carrier, they are all US, also, because of my type of auctions, I can't put shipping costs in my auctions without a lot of confusion. I have been with the US site for over 9 years, before they had the other countries, and I don't want to change it, but I do want to sell worldwide.I think I have going to have to be content with "ships to N & S America, Japan, Asia, Europe, Germany" I think that is how it's worded.

I don't live in US either I am in Australia. You don't have to nominate US Carriers as below there are empty fields available (even for International, just below the US area) you can use to input but it comes out as 'other' - i can live with that. I find if you play arould with that whole area you may come up with an acceptable compromise. I have. Whilst possibly not totally ideal still acceptable in preference to what we were facing initially. In my item description area i now placed a prominent, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE, just in case.

Thanks, yes, I will try again. I don't think I'm going to revise my auctions for a third time, but I will try your method tomorrow for listing some more, and see if it works. That's a good idea about putting WE SHIP WORLDWIDE, I have seen some people put it in their location spot, but I don't think that's the best. I do have a prominent message in my description DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL I HAVE SENT YOU AN INVOICE, in large red letters, but many times that gets completely missed or ignored.
