I've received a Paypal Payment from the People's Republic of China. The name and address are in Chinese (postal code and country are in Arabic numerals and English respectively. Usually I hand address the envelopes.

Now, I know about those who do not accept paypal from overseas. I've considered this but it overseas payapl accounts for fully 50% of my sales, and my customers will not accept anything less. Further, I've not been zapped yet by an overseas charge back or anything else...

Should I send an email asking for an English address, Should I print it on paper and tape it? I guess I could always use this as an opportunity to start using printing labels... Suggestions?

Hi
I had this happen to me quit often also and what I do is print out the Chinese address because the buyers always tell me to use that address because lots of the postal delivery people can't understand English too well.

But I also ask the customer to give me his address in ENGLISH so I can put that on the box also. It always worked for me this way.
