So, I start accepting bids from Canada and UK since Paypal now confirms those addresses... one problem though... I can't find a way to only accept "Confirmed Canada and UK payments". It only shows "Accept International" as the only option. Obviously, this means I waste time spitting back refunds for idiots who make payments from say... china which is exactly what happened this past week. Any suggestions, or did I miss an option somewhere???

Just went through the same thing this morning with paypal. I now only accept CONFIRMED addresses...they told me that the first preference that states U.S. Confirmed actually includes the NON-U.S. confirmed addresses. We will see..but I am sick of the disputes filed so quickly from these overseas buyers lately. Unless paid PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL you will lose any dispute that is filed against you....gotta love that

Up to $2,000 in buyer protection. See eligibility

Buyers seem to be jumping on that real quick...1st line tells them to file dispute!
