these lovely ladies were on our cruise last November. They produce an annual nudie calendar (like the Brit Calendar Girls) to benefit the local Senior Center (Sooke BC)

Neglus..I got a shock when I saw your Calendar picture! We lived in Sooke until 2 months ago and Shhh......I made an 'appearance' in the 2005 Red Hat Calendar.
A large portion of the proceeds are donated to the local Senior's Centre and helped them to buy a new bus.
It was great fun to do and at our ages it was something really different. The biggest challenge was trying to keep our feather boas covering all the 'important places'.
I gave my daughter and Granddaughter copies that Christmas without telling them that I was in it. My 44 yr old daughter said "Hey...way to go Mum" My 21 yr old Granddaughter has never commented on it!

otteropp - I love those ladies from Sooke! I went on a Caribbean Cruise in November with my mom and sister and we had the nicest time chatting with some of them. They sold out of the calendars they brought along. Good for you for your calendar girl appearance!
