Hi everyone...I'm Stephanie Tilenius, General Manager for eBay North America. I may be a new face for some of you, but I actually started my eBay career in our International business in 2001. I managed eBay Motors for a while, and, most recently, I served four years as VP of Merchant Services at PayPal.
Besides having worked for the company for seven years, I'm also an active eBay member with more than 900 feedback. Like you, I love buying and selling on eBay, and I'm honored and excited to be in my new role as leader of eBay's North America business. Working together with President of eBay's Global Operations Lorrie Norrington and with our Community, I'm focused on making the positive change that will build eBay�s reputation as the place buyers go for value and selection from sellers they can trust.
For my first official Announcement, I'm pleased to tell you that tomorrow, February 13th, insertion fees for all auction-style and fixed price listings will be only 20 cents! (See our information page for full details.)
