A guy in Singapore just did a buy it now on a gold ring. My auction stated US shipments only on this. He says he wants signature confirmation. Is that possible? How do I ship to Singapore to a man that apparently can't read.

Express mail international will give you some amount of insurance, and return receipt. Buyer is probably concerned about theft -- whether he knows how to read is a different matter! I've had some interesting messages from Asian customers, and it sometimes takes a few back and forth emails to make sure we're communicating.

I was just being mean because he didn't read that I wanted just US buyers on the ring. If I can't provide the signature confirmation that he wants, I wonder if I should ship.

And just how may I find it? An item number -- since obviously you don't sell under your vendio user name.

I just became a power seller this morning. I decided I would take advantage of their Live Chat. This was after I had looked at the feedback that the buyer had been giving. I asked Live Chat what to do and they said to file an unpaid item dispute and then if he gave me a negative, I MIGHT be able to get it taken off? What? When I questioned that, I waited and waited and waited for 14 minutes with no reply. I typed in "Are you still there?". Still no reply from Live Chat. So I typed in that I would ask the people on Vendio since they know everything. I don't really have time to mess with this problem. I set up in the morning for a three day antique show.
Sorry, he is cpt0623 and I am tooterville.

Don't see much wrong with FB he's left, unless I'm missing something. I do believe you can cancel transaction as "located in countries to which I don't sell" without penalty. I'd just make really really sure he understands what "Black Hills Gold" is if you decide to go ahead with it. However, if you're agonizing this much up front, cancel, and start packing/loading!

Judging by his feedback, I see no problem selling to this guy. Don't use PayPal. I would be sending a Google Invoice to this person.
Signature confirmation should be do-able. Just go to the usps site and click the calculate postage link, then international postage link and it should be able to tell you how to do it from there.

Black Hills Gold IS gold. I couldn't find any place that said I could cancel the transaction based on the country.

I think that is one of the choices on the UPI form (reason for filing NPB).

When you relist the ring, replace the "with" in the title with "onyx". With isn't a keyword. No one searches on it.
Mens Black Hills Gold Onyx Ring Indian War Bonnet
or
Mens Black Hills Gold Onyx Ring Indian Chief Profile
I know you didn't ask but I couldn't resist. Sorry.

I was scammed years ago by Indonesians claiming they are in Singapore.
If you post his address,I can tell you if it is really a Singapore address.
The 2 countries are so close,Singapore post office will sometimes forward the mail to Indonesia.

That's okay, Fluff. Sometimes I will put in an unnecesssary word so the title is more easily understood.
I was surprised that no one was concerned about the earlier feedback he had given. It sounded like he would be hard to please.

I think that Fluff's suggestion is that folks doing a fast search on onyx rings won't find your listing.

Oh, I get it! duh Well, I guess anyone with the good taste to be searching for a black onyx ring won't be looking for a tacky ring with an Indian chief on it.
