Has anyone started to get those "demanding" buyers yet??
My latest is on a $25 item that had three photos, all of which could be supersized to show detail....
"Very poor quality and definitely not a "Collectors Piece. This item is only worth a few dollars at most. It was purchased as a gift and I will be forced to have it rematted and framed to be presentable. A refund of $20 would be appropriate"
The negative and neutral still seem to be available to be left...not that I have tried...yet

Offered a full refund(original price & shipping) if they would ship it back at their expense. It was as described, along with three high resolution photos. You wonder why eBay blames us - "SELLERS" - for giving this site a FLEA MARKET feeling.
oh..the buyer has been on eBay less then a year and has only made two purchases...

I agree with Tom. Have them send it back, refund the full purchase price, pay the freight both ways, then block them from future purchases. Never look back at this one.

Great response...will save and use. MIGHT change the header. Two weeks of "trying" to leave feedback BEFORE buyers do....all I gotta say is FORGET IT! Got 1 negative, 1 neutral, and another possible negative. It seems like when you leave the positive for them, all of a sudden the item is CRACKED, or NEVER RECEIVED, or whatever excuse they want use! Two week trial...never again! I will only leave feedback if left FIRST by BUYER. Even then....check out this email;
"Are you going to leave me feedback? I left+for you yesterday. thanks"
