I want to put a nice professional looking header on my eBay storefront any suggestions? Where can I get html code templates? I could build it myself but any shortcuts would be helpful.

I know there are designers who sell their services on eBay. Ask on the Stores Board and you will get lots of suggestions and probably some links to free ones or build your own if you want to go that route.
