i have a guy with 11 positives in russia ,wanting a ship quote,the item will sell for about 50.00 to 75.00 bucks ,would you ship?

I've shipped to most of the ex Soviet republics over the years without problem. Most pay by MoneyBookers, bank transfer or cold, hard cash. I actually prefer Russian roubles given it's become a hard currency (it's backed by massive gold and oil deposits). I'll spend them on our next visit to Europe or gift them to one of my many nieces and nephews doing their working holiday in Europe.

Be very, very careful. Every PayPal fraud payment I have ever received was from Russia or the former Soviet Union.
If you accept money order or certified check, you should be ok. Be very careful of a Western Union Check as well. It's the most counterfited money order.
I wouldn't have a problem using Google Checkout from Russia though.

Take a look at his feedback,what is he buying on Ebay?
You can always take out insurance including shipping for yourself.
