Is there a way I can change the calculator during an auction with bids (Reserve Auction- Reserve not yet met)?
I have a block on International shipping, but an International calculator is present in my auction. I have some inquiries to ship my item via International, but b/c of the size of the item a specialty box will need to be created which will increase the shipping costs significantly (about $35).
I would prefer to either remove the calculator and have bidders contact me... or change it so it reflects correct rates. Any way to do this either through ebay or through vendio now that the auction is up?

If the item has a bid you will not be able to change it - the best you can do is add to the description by revising the item and adding something that will appear at the bottom of the auction page regarding International shipping - I usually use HUGE red text if I do this so people do not miss it.
If the item does not have a bid, you can go in and revise it and specify no international shipping, which will remove the calculator.
