Evidently this buyer has about 60 negatives because she files PP claims for INR or SNAD on about the 43rd day....and ebay STILL hasn't done anything about her!

Looked up this thread, this buyer now has PRIVATE feedback. From thread, it appears it was not private before. If Ebay is going to change the feedback to restrict seller's ability to leave accurate feedback, the least they can do is eliminate PRIVATE feedback.

I have never understood why private feedback is allowed, it is another way of stripping the seller of the rights always given to the buyer.
