Just a complaint; no need to reply!
Just got a message from a rather new eBay buyer, asking if her books had shipped yet, saying she hadn't heard a word from me.
When she paid via PayPal, it was her husband's account, and his e-mail was where everything from PP and eBay went. I'd sent her the books already and several messages, which he hadn't bothered to pass on to her.
This happens every once in a while, not too often, but just often enough to irritate.
