policy is a little vague;
2.6. Locked or Deleted Content. Although Vendio is not responsible for any content, we may lock or delete any content for any or no reason whatsoever. You are solely responsible for the content of your contributions, and you will indemnify and hold harmless Vendio and its agents with respect to any claim arising out of or related to your contributions. We may reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising out of or related to any content contributed by you.
