I had one of these a few months ago! I emailed him and said I could not make sense of his address and asked him if he could email his actual address, in English. I then send global priority (I charged him) and it arrived. I hate international sales right now. PITA

ship to the PayPal address. That is the bible. Ebay address means nothing and should never even be a consideration.

Paypal address is missing province-Liaoning Province.
It is like shipping to El Paso,without saying it is in the state of Texas.

There are 2 names involved-
zhi tao feng (PAYPAL)
and
yuanyuan lei (EBAY).
Only they can explain why?may be a couple?

Thanks all. Do I have to put the province in to send to China or is it just there because there is a place for it on the eBay sign up page?

yes,you need to show the province,just like you need to show the state.
province is just like a state.

With China I always ask the buyer to write out his address in Chinese characters, scan and send to me. I print two copies: one for the outside, and one for the inside.
