How does anyone handle this situation?

Any suggestions appreciated.

This has happened about a month ago and I solved the situation by going through Ebay instead of Vendio.

The customer could not understand why the email worked when sent through Ebay? Frankly, I don't either.

Today, I have gone through Ebay My Messages to contact the buyer with the Vendio WBN link inserted...

Yes, if you go to the Vendio Problem boards you will see this has been going on for a long time. We are considered SPAM by a bunch of hosts. For example I got this today:

<[email protected]>: delivery temporarily suspended: host
gateway-f1.isp.att.net[204.127.217.16] refused to talk to me:
550-208.82.240.93 blocked by ldapu=rblmx,dc=bellsouth,dc=net 550 Blocked
for abuse. See http://www.att.net/bls_rbl/ for information.

Be patient. If you have your correct e-mail address in your listing, your bidder will likely contact you in a day or two probably using a different e-mail address. It is quite common.
