Woke up to an undeserved Neutral... thought I'd give it a shot... and sure enough... as of this morning, we can still leave Negatives for Bidders! It may be the last one I get to leave... and it made me feel good!

Why did we all think it was today that we could no longer leave a neg?
I'm expecting my first (in 10 years) from a Frenchman who tried to extort money from me. He could have left it a month back. Hope he doesn't know this feature starts later not today.

eBay in its standard fashion was very non-committal as to when this change would take place... it simply said it would happen in May. Who knows what day that will really be...
