***Fixed Price Insertion Fees Capped at 50¢ from May 7th-14th***

May 06, 2008 | 05:00PM PST/PT

Hi everyone...I've got good news for sellers who list in our Fixed Price format. For a full week, insertion fees for Fixed Price listings on www.ebay.com, and for Parts & Accessories listings on www.ebaymotors.com, will be capped at 50¢!
http://pages.ebay.com/promo/50cFixedPrice08/

That means you won't pay more than 50¢, no matter what the start price. (All insertion fees at less than 50¢, as well as any listing upgrades, will still be charged the normal rates.)

The 50¢ Fixed Price Listing Fee Sale [http://pages.ebay.com/promo/50cFixedPrice08/] starts tomorrow, May 7, 2008 at 00:00:01 Pacific time (12:00 a.m. plus one second) and ends one week later on May 14, 2008 at 23:59:59 Pacific time (11:59 p.m. plus 59 seconds). There are a few categories and types of listings that are excluded, so check out our information page for full details.

I hope you enjoy the 50¢ Fixed Price Listing Fee Sale!

good deal for the right time to list bigger ticket items. ... might as well give it a whirl.

You might know that I had planned a week of listing like items and starting them low(hoping for high ending price results). I was trying to get ahead of any end of the month ebay specials. Go figure!!!

The average price of my sales is $3.22, so it's useless to me. I hope some of you will be able to take advantage of it.

What a joke. I got $7.41 I thought about lowering shipping but why take it in the shorts for less then 8 buck.

eBay your 15% DSR discount aint worth a bent willy..

ggardenour...I said that about last months discount. I sold 279 items in the last 31 days...by adding just 25¢ to my S/H...that is a bonus of $69.75. So as far as the DSR numbers....eBay HAS to continue to do 10¢ listing days...or the totals will continue to stay BELOW 14 million. It will get worst as our prices of gas-groceries-etc. continue to go up.

I think I will sell my soul.

Sadly, the Prince of Lies doesn't seem to be bidding much these days...

Another reason eBay should expire usernames
