has anyone received theirs yet? ... i am spending ours on a new computer system since mine is 5 years old and getting slow despite my taking good care of it. ... our local computer store builds great pc towers, and i found 19" flat screen monitors for $150 to go with it.

I think we will get ours this Friday. I'm going to spend some of it on merchadise to sell on E-Bay. Some to get some work done on our car and I plan on getting two of the cats fixed.

I was going to put it in my ING account, but I am having some dental implants replaced. They are 22 years old & some are loose so on second thought I will put it towards that.
Not having much fun with my check.

aintrichyet - do you really live in Tallmadge OH?? So do I!
Don't know if you have kids in school, but I have 6(5 in shcool) and am president of the High School PTSA (you might have seen my name in the Tallmadge Express). Looking forward to the new HS next year.
I currently don't have any functioning email (got the blue screen of death last Thursday and still am not fully functioning. whatever happened wiped by system clean and I am starting over as if the computer just came out of the box. It is only 15 months old, very frustrating. I had to re-install office and still cannot get it to function)
When I get email access, maybe we can chat! I would love to know someone else who has a love for ebay and is local. I have been selling on and off for over 9 years, but just recently took a big leap to have 200-300 listings running all the time. More time consuming than I wanted it to be but with 6 kids we really need the money. They sure do eat alot!!
Look forward to chatting!

Mcjane,
I also got an implant around 23 years ago, back when it seemed like voodoo medicine (or at least it did to my insurance company, who didn't want to pay a penny for it).
Mine is probably the only non-loose tooth in my mouth

Ohiotreasure - I believe Marcia lives in Cuyahoga Falls. I don't know where that is in relation to Tallmadge. Isn't Tallmadge around Akron? I'm in Cleveland.

wow OhTS! yes, we moved to tallmadge a couple weeks ago; it's near cuyahoga falls ... i feel like it's shangrilah compared to where we did live... wide open spaces out here!!
the new high school construction is my scenic view from my picture window right now. ... and sure, i'd like to meet you sometime! i still am getting lost around all of our "six corners" intersections LOL ... and cheryl, we can still meet up in the valley ya know. ... i know you've been really busy with all of your life happenings.

Ralph's supermarkets is offering a special deal if you bring in your rebate check. You can get a $330 Store gift card if you bring in your rebate check for $300. They will give up to 4 gift cards per family. If you are using direct deposit, you can use an ATM card to get the gift cards.
I was going to use the money to pay off old debts, Now it makes more sense to pay for my next few months of groceries in advance.
