I've noticed over the last several weeks that my Ebay store items have been disappearing from Google. They used to show in search and shopping without me having to do anything. So I decided to run the Google Base Store Connector.
Within a day after running it, my Traffic Reports show 40% of searches coming from Google, up from 3% prior to running the Connector. Sounds good, but, my overall traffic hasn't increased at all. Total traffic is still essentially the same as before. Any ideas why this is? Almost seems like Ebay has a limit on your traffic.
My store items are all GTC with items that relist about every day. How often do I need to run the Google Base Store Connector to keep my listings showing on Google?

The items drop off Google when they roll over to the next 30 days. If you have store items ending every day, you have items going off Google every day. The Store Connector is a bear to run (copies all of your items to your computer again and again)- I try to run it at least every couple of weeks.

Hi Neglus,
I forgot about the Google Base Store connector. How effective is this in bringing in outside sales? I was thinking about doing this process.
