This happens so often - maybe it's time to find another way to find your PayPal payments?

I hate to actually promote an eBay service, but...
This problem was solved for me when I signed up for Selling Manager. You have a page that has a list of all your PayPal-paid items and you just print from there. It's really easy.
There's also an integrated feedback tool you can use to give bulk feedback.

Haven't there been some problems with that too? I think my sister uses Selling Manager to process her payments and has had some come up missing (I download completed payments directly from PayPal).
