One GOOD change about the FB screen is that the negatives and neutrals are now clickable so you can read the corresponding comments. This makes it very important to provide professional responses. I never bothered to respond to neutrals but I guess I will have to start now.

What I dislike the most (vehemently) is that our FB scores can affect the searches. I wonder if some seller has angered some high-up at eBay to punish all the rest of us. My neck is sore from shaking my head in disbelief.

I think that it is the DSRs (not FB score) that will affect searches. There are some other undisclosed factors that are taken into consideration as well (number of INR's filed etc) - I think we had best get over this and just keep on keepin on.
