I'm at a friend's house helping her to get started selling her things on eBay. She already is registered on eBay but wants a new user name. How can we do that without changing the e-mail. Thanks in advance. ~Adele

Zippy: I really appreciated your help this afternoon. It's been years and years since I registered with eBay and Vendio, and I was drawing a blank on procedures.
(My friend was astounded at how fast we got some help through EO. I TOLD her we're a helpful group--but I think people have to see it to believe it.)

Well, don't tell her this but the only reason I knew where it was is because I spent about half an hour trying to figure out where it was last week.
