i have banned 2 bidders on an item and they are still able to bid ,has the process changed,
say ,if they placed a bid they can continue to bid once they have started the bidding process, ,,is that possible?

did you add them to your blocked bidders list BEFORE they bid? If not, you would probably have to cancel bids...end item and relist.

Once you place them on your blocked bidder list, no matter if they have bid in the past, they will no longer be able to bid.

At least it worked that way in the past. You never know about eBay's glitchy system though.

Sounds like it's still an active auction. Just cancel their bids, re-add to blocked bidders' list, and continue on. No need to end and relist. But don't forget that a new ID from the bidders will still get through -- there is no cross reference except for changed bidder IDs.
