Well I have learned if you are a small seller it only takes one neutral to lower you in the search, my stars are the same. This comes at a time where I did a major housecleaning in my store and decided I am not keeping any inventory on E-Bay that doesn't sell well. I am through using E-Bay for a parking lot when I can sell those items somewhere else. I was lucking in selling quite a bit of the stuff I had put in my store on Amazon for more money. So those items were deleted quick anyway. About 75% of what I originally put in my store sold at the Flea Market for more money. I am getting the impression my store really isn't paying off. The only big sales I'm getting out of it is Audio Books.

I had the same thing happen last month - I had to call Ebay 3 times to finally get a correct answer as to why. Your buyer satisfaction rating dropped due to your neutral. It must have accounted for over 5% of your transactions for the month. The following count against buyer satisfaction:
1's or 2's in the DSR's;
Paypal claims;
Negs & Neutrals.

My sales didn't suffer significantly when it happened to me. I did, however, have to spend $9.95 to feature a few of my higher end auctions to make sure buyers saw them.

As a buyer, I can tell you I check the whole page when I am shopping for something specific, so your search standing doesn't matter in that case. If you are selling items that are more impulse purchases, it will effect you more.

I believe I'm going to move a lot of my poor selling items to other sites or just sell them at the Flea Market. I just got feedback on a lot of childrens DVDs I sold saying they were Disney knock-offs. I didn't say one damn thing about Disney when I wrote the ad. Childrens stories are done by several companys. How long had Black Beauty and Red Shoes been around, they were just cheap dollar store cartoons and advertised as that. This bull$@!* is starting to really get on my nerves. I have already just about quit listing. I guess I build my Vendio Store up and try to advertise that.
