Well, as we all know, Ebay sucks at times but I can honestly say that they created one decent thing with all their many changes that they have made in the past. Since I sell for a few other people, some have their own user IDs & stores. One of the clients recently asked me to put his items on sale, so I did. He is stuff selling left & right and is very happy about it. We had so many people watching his stuff parked in his store, so now with the sale special, they are buying. thank god as my sales were totally in the toilet. So I put the same sale on my own user ID but discovered that you can only put 250 items on sale at a time. That is OK with me as I choose my brand new item category where things are selling.
Now I wonder why I didn't take advantage of this feature sooner. I swear that light bulb takes awhile to come on once you are over 50.

It sure is decent that ebay lets you sell your stuff cheaper, when your stuff isn't selling at the prices it should be selling.

just do what the regular retailers do----
List your items 40-50% MORE then what you really want for them.
Then after a couple of weeks of getting watchers to build...run a SALE 40-50% off...they have no clue and BUY BUY BUY.
Silly but it works. I have cheap postcards listed for up to $5.00...I am happy to get a $1.00 apiece for them, so every other month I run a 50% off sale...at a cost of 8¢ a piece, I am happy with the discounted price the buyers are paying. I do that with the diecast vehicles also.
