I ship internationally and specify by checking off the areas in the "sell it" form - Asia, Canada, Europe and Australia. I've had some problems with shipments to Eastern Europe - Russia, Czech and Poland in particular and want to remove these from my shipping. (For some reason I have had ALOT of Polish buyers lately - the latest one sent me the following email "Hi can you send me this bathroom please?"

Is there a way, without just writing it in the auction description / terms, which they never read anyway, to still check that I ship to Europe, but eliminate these countries for shipping?
