Does any one know an answer to this ASQ:
Dear neglus,
I have been trying to pay you through PayPal but I get a message that my postcode is invalid. We do not have postcodes (outside of our capital city,Dublin) in Ireland. So I do not have a postcode that I can enter. Normally, I do not have this problem with purchases from all over the world including U.S.A.What can I do?
I have 100% rating on eBay.
Note: Buyer lives in Bandon, County Cork and he is right - no postal codes except Dublin (per the Ireland POST site)

I don't know the answer to the question but I do know that PayPal now (after, oh 8 or so years of being in existence!) puts their customer support phone number on their front page.
I expect that if your customer logs in to paypal.com he will see a phone # appropriate for Ireland.
