I had about a dozen store referral credits last month. I have just checked my July invoice, and they are there, marked store referral credits, but as 00. Have I missed an announcement?

something has been messed up on store referrals. I was going to ask the same question last week.
My referrals have started reappearing this week but last week I had 3 that were never posted. I began to suspect referrals were not posting 2 weeks ago so I created 3 special listings for a few of my regular customers. These are buyers who do not normally use ebay so there is no excuse as to why the referrals were not credited on their purchases.
guess ebay did not feel they made enough money on my store last month!

I phoned eBay a couple of days ago, and I just got this reply.
Thank you for your patience while our store analysts worked on figuring
out why the store referral credits show $0.00 on the monthly invoices.
This is a technical issue that they will continue to work on but they
recalculated the invoice amount with and without the store referral
credits, and even though the invoice shows zeros the credits have been
applied and your balance is correct. We hope to have this corrected by
the next invoice date.
