I am having problems trying to bulk edit my return policy on my listings on TL because I keep getting a message that I can't edit ended listings. Does that mean that every time an auction closes, I have to go to TL and remove it? It hasn't updated on it's own, and it has about 80 more in number than I actually have listed.
I tried to bulk edit on eBay, and thought I had done it, but when I checked, it said "no return policy", when I had put "no returns".

I think you need to synch with eBay before you try to make new edits.

Yes, I did that, and all the auctions that I had deleted that I could remember being closed, came back.

You might try uninstalling TL, including removing all data files, reinstalling and then synching. I usually due this to get a clean view of current eBay listings.

Thanks pixiamom I will try that. I have found TL not user friendly I must say, maybe because I don't understand it yet.
