I am offering Free s/h.

Ebay states:

All sellers: Get a free subtitle and extra exposure in search results for all your listings with free shipping.

Yet on the listing form it will not let me provide Content of subtitle unless charged for it.

I have checked my listing and those that are free s/h do not have a subtitle.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

When eBay has a special promotion, like this one, the eBay fees section of the preview will show the normal fees in Vendio. However, as long as the listing qualifies for the eBay promotional price, you will still be charged the promotional price by eBay. Please check your eBay account and you should be able to verify this.
