For years I used the basic image hosting service which cost me $9.95 a month. After Ebay apparently changed their shipping requirements, the free basic auction launch disappeared and I had to sign up for the "Sales Manager" upgrade. I don't use many features and nothing really has changed for em but my fees have increased more than 4x what they were before. Am I missing something or are those of us who don't need the fancy extras stuck with this?

I like Vendio's sales manager but mainly subscribe because of the bundled package of SM with image hosting. If you don't host a lot of images, it may make sense to continue hosting your images with Vendio and using a free listing service, like Sell Your Item form or Turbolister.

I use tons of photos and my fees are not that high. I also have the Gallery.
How many listings do you do a month? Maybe you need to look at your invoice to see what is causing you to go so high

I urge you to write to them or call and talk to one of the reps. Vendio has been for me the BEST in terms of customer service. They have always since the days of auction watch been understanding and respectful of my needs.

Hello Jugglebee,
We prefer not to discuss the payment plans that are associated with an account (or dollar amounts that you are charged) in a public form. However, we would be happy to help you via email. Please send us the following information (either through the "contact us" form or to [email protected]):
1. How many items you list per month, on average.
2. Average number of items you sell (monthly) for more than $450.
3. Your average gross monthly sales amount.
Please let us know, and we will check and see if there is a more economical Sales Manager plan for your current business and listing volume.
