I haven't been getting PP notices either.
First of all not only no notices they still have my E-check money that has cleared on 10/28 for 290.00. I am not going to ship until the money is in my account, I'd be lucky if I don't get a Neg and low DSR now because of this problem.
I know everyone that received E-checks from the 26th of Oct till now are having the same problem and you would think PP would send notices to us but they never sent any information as to the problem they are having and when it might be fixed.
PP and Ebay are one messed up bunch. I've never heard of a company holding peoples money for so long and no fix in sight. This should be against the law for them to do this.
