Ugh. Finally I think of something that would be great for DH for Christmas and the Cashback rate is 8%. What makes it go down? Bring back that 30%! Make it 40%!

I noticed that too! UGH is right! This is the lowest it's been. Don't know how they decide what % for what day. Last Monday was 30%.

Don't forget you can stack the MS Live cashback with a rebate from BigCrumbs or MrRebates. Create an account or log in to your existing BC or MR account and use their link to eBay so you get the cookie. Then do the Live thing the way you normally would.
