Hi, all. I have a package to go to Canada, 1# 12 oz. USPS says I can send it via 1st-class international shipping.

But when I try to print a mailing label through PayPal, the only options they give me are Priority Intern. or Express Intern. What am I not seeing???

The rules and regs that both ebay and paypal have to PAD THEIR POCKETS with the MOST MONEY they can squeeze from us. Please note, they do this as a "venue" only.
