I have a buyer who purchased about 7 items from me, and I have sent the combined invoice 4 times, and it comes up correctly, but when she tries to pay, the shipping cost changes back to the original high amount adding all the shipping amounts. Has anyone else had this problem? I send loads of combined shipping invoices, so I would really like to know what is going on.

I have not had this problem but you could probably go to PayPal and send the bidder a money request listing the auctions and the proper shipping cost.

When ever I have a buyer that is having this problem, I tell them that they cannot pay through eBay. They must log into their PayPal account directly. That always fixes the problem, at least that has been my experience.

stone: Does the revised shipping invoice come up on their Paypal account? I even tried forwarding the original invoice, and the shipping still reverted back to the high cost when they tried to pay.

I just had this problem. Thanks to you guys, I know how to fix it. I re-sent the original invoice that didn't have double shipping, but maybe it reverted back when he tried to pay. I wondered why he didn't pay after I did that. Thanks!
