I have a buyer purchase a model kit. I invoice him for it. Two days later, he buys another kit, wants to pay for them together (to save on shipping). How do I send him a revised billing showing both auctions and the combined shipping? I have always just figured in a shipping discount, but with the way eaby/paypal works, if I cannot show I shipped an item, they can claim it never arrived if you shipped it under another auction as a combined item.
Any one know if it is possible to rebill and combine "after the fact".

When you go to send the second invoice, look to the upper right hand corner. If he has not paid for the first item there should be a button that says "Include Other Items"(it might say 'Eligible'). If you click on that you should be able to combine the items into one invoice.

I would simply send them a Google Checkout invoice for the combined total. If they wish to use PayPal, then they can log into their PayPal account and pay for it. But I would encourage them to pay via Google Checkout.

If they have already paid for both items, you can use PayPal multi-order shipping to combine the shipment.
Pull up multi-order shipping, select both orders by pressing down the control key while clicking on each order. Both orders should be highlighted then go up to the menu and you can find "combine" under one of the selection (pull down menus).
PayPal is down right now and I do not remember which menu button it is.
