I haven't sold anything for awhile so maybe I missed this new Vendio service. I found the site where I could mark my preferences. Is there a charge for Buyer Appreciation? What's been your experience with it? I just looked again and see that this is free. I think customers like to be appreciated but wonder if they would rather not get e-mails. Curious as to your opinions/thoughts.
