I propose the following changes to DSR. These should all be added to the list that buyers can rate sellers on:

1) Final Price of the Auction

2) Sellers ID (some really suck)

3) If the Postal Courier is Friendly

4) How Decorative the package is when it arrives.

5) How easy it was to open the package.

6) How close was the color represented on your monitor.

7) How quickly the buyer pays (they should rate themselves).

8) How close the seller lives to the buyer.

9) How excited the bidder was when they received the package.

10) How easy eBay and Paypal is to use.

Feel free to add your own rating categories.

11. Whether spouse / sister / brother/dog liked the item.

12.Whether they could have gotten it cheaper if they had shopped around more.

13.What the weather was like the day they received the item (what if they had to walk to the mailbox in the rain!?!).

14. Smell / odor (that is always a big consideration)

15. How quickly the ebay page loaded for them.

16. If they would have preferred to pay by check, but you wouldn't let them

17. How you said it was in good condition and it arrived in excellent condition. Buyer feels this requires a 3 DSR on as described.

5) How easy it was to open the package.

Actually, have you ever received something that was so well packed you couldn't open it? I once received an item that was wrapped in bubble wrap and then bound tightly with clear tape over the entire item. It took a long time to get the item out of the bubble wrap. I do hate that!

I hate that too. Mainly because it ruins the bubble wrap for future reuse.

Boo, hiss to that!

I use cling wrap instead.

I once called the local goodwill to complain about the packing tape they use to keep items together. We bought a coffee table with a glass top and they taped the top down so much that it left this horrible glue residue that not even Goo Off would remove. I remember the woman saying, "we've never had anyone complain about it." i told her to go wrap up some glass in that crap, unwrap it, remove the residue, and then call me back. i never heard from her. she's probably still trying to get that crap off!!!

I have searched everywhere, even tried to pull info from the HELP but was not successful.

Does anyone know how to view the dashboard???

If you put the curser over "account", you will see all the old headings that used to come up on the first page.

Thank you Amber, I hadn't even looked at that part of the redo.

Took me a while to find it too. I don't know about the rest of you, but I am finding that the page is loading a bit quicker.
