ebay layed off a bunch of support people then in their infinite wisdom, they removed the Live Chat links from the website.
If you need help now you are expected to go through a dozen pages of questions and then someone will "get back" to you with a way to contact them.
Someone posted this link on the Technical Issues boards. It might save someone from having to waiting for help. You might want to save it for future use.

They should have kept the support people and got rid of the survey people. They called yesterday to make sure I knew about their 1 & 3 days listing special. I know about it but I'm too busy changing everything around to list new stuff!!!

I received a call yesterday telling me about all the great benefits of the new store format. Dipsh.. had not even looked to see that I had closed my store.
