I got 42 automatic re-listings sent back to me with the ebay message:
Error 21916328: Invalid value for return policy.
Invalid value for return policy
In my vendio return policy section I have maked YES under returns accepted and under details I have included the text "minus shipping". I don't know what else I can do. Please help. I have 700 auctions and can't afford to have them all end without re-listing. Thanks

I use a different listing service but I did notice when I started selling again last week that they had added a section for you to state your return policy and a notice that "sometime in early 2009" ebay would be making it a required addition to auctions.

Since I don't use Vendio I can't hwlp you there. Maybe one of the mods will stop by and save your day.

are these store items that cycled through their 30 day listing and perhaps were never
revised to reflect a return policy?
If they were not originally listed with a return policy, changing the Vendio settings will not help.

dotrixart - There was an issue with some users old return policy data and the newer handling time field and this issue should now be corrected.
Try simply resubmitting your items as needed and let us know if you run into errors again when doing so.
