I don't see where, on the Vendio listing page, I can opt for "free shipping." Can someone steer me in that direction, please??

Below where you choose from the pull down for calculated or fixed (you will need to select fixed) there are two boxes, one is to apply shipping discount and the other one says 'Offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier'. Click that and there you are! I found it by trial and error LOL.

Oh, and then you need to choose a carrier, I use First Class because what I am offering free shipping on is very light.

Thanks, Pat. I got as far as opting for free fixed shipping/USPS 1st-class. But I'm not allowed to preview the auction because I'm being told I must state a $amount for shipping! I'm doing something wrong.

Under domestic shipping choose fixed from the pull down, then check the box that says offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier, then check First Class Fixed and then it will want you to put in an insurance amount or it won't let you go forward. I forgot to mention that.

Hello Adele,

I see someone helped you find that box where you can check that you want your first carrier to be listed as Free - note that you will still need to put a cost into the value box beside that carrier even if you want eBay to offer it as free. Just put in $0.00 to the form is happy, and also note that if you listed the shipping as free with a Fixed rate and want to offer insurance, the insurance will need to be set as a fixed value as well.

If that doesn't work for you, you can pick a calculated carrier and list that as being free so you can then offer calculated insurance to go along with it.

Regards,
Chris

Thanks very much, Christopher! I would never have thought to put 0.00 in that space. Appreciate your help, as always. ~Adele
