I just opened my store back up and I am wondering how do you send a invoice or does one get sent when they buy your item? I have the notice I sold something but it hasn't been payed for in Paypal yet.
If your buyer opted to pay via PayPal during the checkout process, they would have been taken directly to the PayPal login page upon checkout completion to finalize the payment. All of the fields would already be filled in, they just click to sign in and then submit to send the funds.
If the buyer failed to complete the process, send a Get Money request directly from PayPal rather than a payment reminder in Vendio so they can just click the PayPal link in the email and submit the funds.
