I sold an item for my brother in law.BIN Without me knowing he and the buyer agreed that he would pay for the shipping not the buyer. I sent the invoice with shipping included. Is there a way to re-invoice or change the origional. Without ebay live your basically up the creek with that damn company!!

I sent him a paypal request and he paid that. It would be nice to be able to reissue however!

I would have just sent another invoice thru Paypal with the correct amount and tell them to disregard the previous one. I haven't had to do that for awhile but I assume you still can. Just create a new invoice for 'requesting money'.

It's really hard to find the re-invoice link on Ebay - you have to go in to the order page of the item and it's virtually hidden in a dropdown menu.

I just went through this today so while it is fresh in my mind.
Go to auction page
to View order details
to contact buyer
to top of page- Does your buyer have a payment question? "Send an invoice"
