New Paypal debit card arrived and I noticed a difference from the old one. The old card was marked "Premier Business Card" in the upper right corner the new one is marked "Business Debit" along the left border. Probably a stupid question but does this make any difference? Is the old "premier business card" in some way different from the new "Business Debit" card?

Mine was issued last May and it said business debit,I get 1 1/2% rebate like before.

I'm waiting for my new one to arrive - I'll have to look in to it. I think I only get a 1% rebate, not 1.5%.

Paypal has chopped it down to 1 % from 1 1/2% for the newcomers!
