I have a couple of customers that emailed they would like to know if I accept money orders. I told them that yes, of course I do, ebay just does not allow me to put that in my auctions. My question is...when they go to Vendio checkout, money order won't be an option because I have it specified Pay Pal is my payment method. What happens then? Will they be able to use Vendio checkout or will I have to send a Pay Pal invoice? Thanks

Hello,

You may add money order as a payment option to the Vendio checkout for a closed listing by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Post Sale" --> then click on the post sale keys for the listing --> be sure that step 2 is unchecked --> click the "Edit Checkout and WBN" button in step 1 --> scroll down to the "Payment" section --> check the box for "Money Order" and save your changes.

Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after taking those steps.

Regards,
Nathan
